Brands submitted to DeCru are reviewed at our discretion. Submission does not guarantee listing. By submitting a brand, you confirm that you have the rights to the content and information provided, and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

All content on the DeCru platform — including design, text, logos, and editorial — is the property of DeCru or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

5. User Content

Where the Service allows you to submit content, you grant DeCru a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. DeCru does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability
